If you request a cancellation at least 7 days before the designated date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. When you announce the cancellation in less than 7 days, you’ll lose the test fee.
- Rescheduling fee: You can change the test date for free if you request it at least 14 days in advance. For those rescheduling the test 13 to 7 days beforehand, expect to pay 50% of the registration fee. Rescheduling your test less than 7 days before the designated date costs you 100% of the fee.
