PTE Core Registration Fee

After choosing the test center and creating your account, you must pay the registration fee as the final booking step. This cost is not the same in each country due to the exchange rate of your national currency.

For instance, if you live in Australia and want to take PTE Core, the entry fee is AUD 445. Meanwhile, this figure is INR 17,000 in India or USD 270 in Belgium.

To check the fee, visit the Pearson PTE official website, go to the PTE Core, and click “Find test centers and fees.” Then, search your country, double-click, and the fee will appear on the screen.

Cost Of Canceling A PTE Core Exam

If you are not ready for the PTE Core exam, you can choose to cancel it. Canceling the test doesn’t require any additional fees. Instead, you can get a complete refund if you cancel the exam before it occurs for at least 14 days (2 weeks).

Suppose you cancel it within 14 days and at least 7 calendar days before the test date. In that case, you can only get a 50% refund of the registration fee. And you won’t get any refund if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the exam date.

Cost Of Rescheduling a PTE Core Exam

Rescheduling the exam at least 14 days before the test date is free. The maximum rescheduling times are 6. However, you can’t reschedule in less than 2 weeks before the exam.

Cost Of Late Payment

You can reserve your seats up to 48 hours before the actual test. Under this circumstance, you must pay the late payment fee, which varies across countries.

You can use the PTE voucher to reduce the registration fee. Unfortunately, this voucher cannot be used for rescheduling purposes and is not extended or replaced.
