Tổng Quan Về Bài Thi PTE Writing Essay Và Cách Chấm Điểm?

Trước khi chúng ta đi sâu vào các mẫu Templates thì hãy để mình giúp bạn hiểu rõ tổng quan và cách chấm điểm của phần thi này nhé!

PTE Essay là phần thi thứ 2 trong bài thi Writing. Nhiệm vụ trong phần thi này có thể đánh giá chính xác khả năng viết của bạn thông qua việc trình bày và đưa ra câu trả lời của mình bằng văn bản hoàn chỉnh.

Bạn sẽ có 20 phút để làm bài. Trong thời gian này, bạn sẽ cần tư duy kế hoạch làm bài, sắp xếp và trình bày ý tưởng để hoàn thành bài luận với đầy đủ 3 phần gồm: Mở bài, các đoạn phần thân bài và kết bài.

Hướng Dẫn Cách Tính Điểm PTE

Phần thi này chỉ tính điểm cho Writing và không ảnh hưởng đến điểm kỹ năng khác. Pearson sẽ đánh giá và tính điểm cho bạn dựa trên 7 yếu tố sau. Bao gồm:

Nội Dung (Content)

Nội dung sẽ được tính điểm dựa trên cách bạn lập luận và trình bày về chủ đề. Chú ý, bạn sẽ không được tính điểm nếu bài luận của bạn không đề cập được đến chủ đề.

Cấu Trúc, Dàn Ý Và Sự Liên Kết Giữa Các Đoạn (Development, structure, and coherence)

PTE Essay của bạn sẽ được đánh giá cao nếu có một cấu trúc tốt gồm đầy đủ mở bài, 2 đoạn thân bài và kết bài. Trong các đoạn này, bạn cần làm rõ các chi tiết và đưa ra được ví dụ, giải thích cho các luận điểm của mình. Ngoài ra, bạn nên diễn đạt các ý tưởng của mình một cách rõ ràng, logic và có sự liên kết giữa các đoạn văn.

Hình Thức (Form)

Bài thi PTE Essay có giới hạn số lượng từ 200 đến 300 chữ. Trong cả 2 trường hợp bạn viết ít hơn 200 chữ hoặc nhiều hơn 300 chữ cũng sẽ làm giảm điểm số của bạn. Đặc biệt, bạn sẽ nhận điểm 0 nếu bạn viết ít hơn 120 chữ hoặc nhiều hơn 380 chữ.

Ngôn Ngữ Chung (General linguistics)

Tiêu chí này tập trung vào cách bạn sử dụng ngôn ngữ dễ hiểu và mang tính trực quan cao. Từ đó, dễ dàng tập trung làm nổi bật các ý chính và triển khai chúng một cách sáng tạo. Bạn hoàn toàn có thể nhận được điểm tối đa nếu bài luận của bạn thể hiện được rõ ràng, chính xác quan điểm mà bạn đưa ra.

Ngữ Pháp (Grammar usage)

Điểm ngữ pháp sẽ được chấm bằng cách đánh giá cấu trúc câu, thì của động từ, sự thống nhất giữa chủ ngữ và động từ, mạo từ và giới từ, dấu câu, cách sử dụng chữ in hoa, in thường,…

Từ Vựng (Vocabulary)

PTE sẽ đánh giá khả năng bạn sử dụng từ và cụm từ trong bài luận để giải thích luận điểm của mình như thế nào cho phù hợp và chính xác.

Chính Tả (Spelling)

PTE cũng sẽ đánh giá chính tả. PTE Academic chấp nhận các quy ước đánh vần tiếng Anh từ Hoa Kỳ, Vương quốc Anh, Úc và Canada.

Trước khi bắt đầu viết, bạn hãy ưu tiên học và ghi nhớ mẫu Template sau đây để dễ dàng hoàn thành bài thi này nhé!

Phần mở bài mẫu:

• Cung cấp một ít thông tin về chủ đề (một câu).
• Diễn đạt lại câu hỏi. Điều này có nghĩa bạn phải viết lại câu hỏi bằng từ ngữ và ngôi của bạn để diễn đạt (một câu).
• Trình bày định hướng và quan điểm của bạn. Hãy viết ra bạn sẽ tranh luận về và bạn chọn hướng nào của chủ đề để tranh luận (một câu).

Phần thân bài mẫu:

Phần này gồm hai đoạn văn theo khuôn mẫu tương đối giống nhau. Ngoài ra, bạn cũng có thể bổ sung thêm một đoạn văn nữa để nói về luận điểm đối lập với các luận điểm được trình bày trong bài.

Đoạn 1:

• Giải thích luận điểm đầu tiên.
• Trình bày các luận cứ hỗ trợ cho luận điểm mà bạn đã đề cập ở trên
• Đưa ra một ví dụ/chứng cứ/dữ liệu/nghiên cứu để tăng tính thuyết phục
• Đưa ra kết luận đoạn văn

Đoạn 2:

• Làm tương tự các bước như đoạn 1. Nhưng bạn cần phải diễn đạt luận điểm thứ 2 trong đoạn này.

Phần kết bài mẫu:

Tóm tắt ngắn gọn nhưng xúc tích của trả lời của bạn.

• Tóm lược được hai ý chính được thảo luận trong đoạn 1 và 2 phần thân bài và lặp lại quan điểm của bạn từ phần mở bài.
• Đưa ra ý kiến, góc nhìn và quan điểm cá nhân của bạn.

Với loại bài này, bạn sẽ cần đưa ra quan điểm đồng tình hay phản đối với chủ đề. Để hỗ trợ và tăng phần thuyết phục cho quan điểm của bạn, hãy giải thích hoặc đưa ra ví dụ từ trải nghiệm cá nhân hoặc từ quan sát của mình.

Với dạng bài này, bạn sẽ phải thảo luận về ý kiến được xuất hiện trong đề bài. Ở kết bài, bạn hãy nêu rõ cái nào là đúng nhất trong 2 cái trên. Đừng quên viết cả 2 khía cạnh để đạt điểm cao nhé!
